1. 24 hour billing.
2. Estimate of your bill may change due
to the type of room you are selecting.
3. Please submit necessary documents and
MEMO related to Insurance, C.G.H.S., and Company Patients etc. on the First Day
of your admission.
4. Please check your outstanding bill
once in two days at the billing department.
5. For expensive treatments (Cardiac, Neuro etc.) you may need to deposit advance.
6. Refunds are normally paid by cheque only.
7. We accept payment by Cash / Demand
Draft / Pay Order or by Credit Card. Cheques are not accepted.
3. PHARMACY: 24 Hours
Location: Ground Floor (Behind Reception) ( 1040
1. Entire pharmacy is managed by
qualified pharmacists
2. Unused and sealed medicines and
surgical items are taken back and refund is made without any deductions.
[Timing: between 14.00 to 18.00 Hrs. only].
3. Discount Schemes:
A) Discount of 5% is offered to
Senior Citizens.
B) Special discounted rates for
certain items such as medicines for Cancer treatment.
C) For IPD patients, 7.5% discount
offered on Injections costing above Rs.500/-.
Patients
can avail any one scheme at a time.
4. Very strict purchase policy ensures
that only quality medicines and surgical items are purchased.
5. Company, Medi-Claim,
C.G.H.S. and patients covered under any other reimbursement scheme are
requested to inform in advance.

Blood Transfusion and Components
like Plasma, Platelets, R.B.C.s, and P.C.Vs etc. are available in our sophisticated Blood Bank.
5. PUBLIC RELATION DEPARTMENT: Location: Ground Floor C Wing ( 1011, 1012, 1015 We are trying to give you best
quality treatment. If you have any problems about our services, Public Relation
Department is always there to attend your complaints and suggestions.
This department will also help you

6. COFFEE

Shop will serve you light snacks (from sandwiches to pizzas and from samosas to bhel-puri) and
beverages (Indian, Italian and many more flavors of tea/coffee).
(Room
service is not available.)
7. CANTEEN:

You can have all types of South Indian dishes and meals
(Vegetarian only) in the basement canteen.
Room Service is available between 7.30 am to 9.30 pm.
Patients
have an option of getting Balanced Therapeutic diet from Hospital’s Nutrition
& Diet System. Please contact the Nursing Counter or Dietician (Extn. 1470)
The detailed list of all food items and Diet Instructions are available
at the end of this booklet.

We will sincerely maintain highest Hygiene Standards for all food preparation and
services.
8. LAUNDRY:
Location: Basement B Wing ( 1933
We have
our own laundry equipped with all the necessary machinery like heavy-duty
washing machines, steam boiler, flat work ironer etc.
All
necessary precautions are taken to maintain highest level of hygiene.
Hospital
linen, infected linen, patient clothes and relatives’ clothes are washed
separately in different machines.
Patients
and relatives can get their clothes washed / pressed from the laundry on
chargeable basis.
Please deliver your Clothes in the Linen Store situated in
the Basement “B” wing.
Please check that there are NO VALUABLES left in the
clothes.
The timings to receive / deliver clothes are between 9.00 am
to 10.30 am from Monday to Saturday.
9. HEALTH CHECKUP: Location: Public Relation Department - Ground Floor C Wing ( 1011, 1012, 1015
Know your health status - We have
several Health Check-up packages. Please contact Public Relation department to
select a suitable package for you.
Health checkup is done quickly, efficiently and it is
offered at discounted rates.
