Qualification: Diploma/ BSC in dialysis technology

The person at this position will be responsible for various functions from the blood bank department including supervision, coordination and administration.

. To do blood collection and donor examination.
. To complete documentation for FDA and other related documentation.
. To supervise blood grouping and cross matching issue and counter signing the documents.
. To visit wards/floors and collecting post transfusion clinical data to confirm transfusion efficiency, safety and investigations of transfusion reactions (if reported).
. There shall be no enticement for Donors from Organizers or any other agencies involved and if any such activities are noticed, Corrective actions should be taken immediately.
