He completed his entire neurosurgical training in the USA and has been practicing independently in Texas, USA for the last 5 years.
Dr. Akshay Gupte is a brain and spine neurosurgeon focusing on minimal invasive techniques to achieve superior clinical outcomes while prioritizing patient safety. His passion is helping patients with brain and spine tumors using state of the art international surgical techniques and guidelines. He also specializes in hybrid cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine surgical procedures to help patients with neck and back pain.
Born and brought up in Pune, India. After completing his medical schooling at K.I.M.S., Karad he went on to pursue his graduate program in public health and clinic and surgical education in the USA. After almost a decade and a half, he has returned to India to give back to the community that raised him well.
